Join Amy Reyer, Ph.D. for loving-kindness meditation, an ancient mindfulness-based practice designed for emotional healing, mood enhancement, building self-confidence, social connection and overall mental well-being.
The meetings are offered on Sunday mornings at 10am. Please check calendar for summer schedule.
